Refund Policy

We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please email us at info@globetrottergranola.com with a list of items that you are returning, as well as the tracking number. Failure to do this may result in issues with processing a refund.

If a package is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you on a resolution. If we have made an error in your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
